Year-End Strategic Planning Session

In December, our team came together in our Glen Allen office for a strategic year-end planning session focused on reflection and forward momentum.

We looked back on the past year to evaluate what worked well, key lessons learned, and where we created the most value for our clients.

The meeting also included collaborative brainstorming across team members, generating new ideas and perspectives to help strengthen our approach moving forward.

From those discussions, we aligned on priorities and initiatives to thoughtfully guide our planning and decisions for the year ahead.
