Peyton has been an integral part of the Mainsail team for the past three years, starting as an intern and growing into a trusted full-time team member. We’re excited to officially share her promotion to Associate Advisor—a reflection of her dedication, development, and impact.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Peyton brings strong technical skills, a thoughtful approach, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes. In her new role, she’ll begin our Advisor Development Program—a structured, hands-on development path, similar to a medical residency, designed to accelerate her growth through close collaboration with both clients and teammates.

Clients may begin seeing Peyton take a more active role in meetings, especially as she steps into leading the planning process for many relationships. This is an intentional part of her development—rooted in our belief that learning directly from real-world experience, alongside great clients, is the most meaningful way to grow.

Peyton was selected for this next step because of her ownership mindset, curiosity, and passion for the craft of financial planning. We’re proud of the advisor she is becoming and excited to support her continued journey.
