Mainsail Introduces Advisor Development Program to Support the Next Generation of Advisors

We are proud to introduce Mainsail’s Advisor Development Program, a structured, internally developed initiative designed to support both our clients and the long-term growth of our practice. The program allows us to continue delivering the high level of service our clients expect while thoughtfully developing the next generation of Mainsail advisors.

We believe exceptional advice is built through discipline, education, experience, and mentorship. At Mainsail, advisor development follows a clearly defined, multi-year path with established expectations, accountability, and progression standards that reflect the responsibility entrusted to our advisors and the families we serve.

The program is organized into three progressive stages and is designed to build increasing levels of technical expertise, client exposure, and professional responsibility. Participants obtain key industry licenses and earn the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation while developing deep proficiency across financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, tax and estate coordination, and client relationship management.

Advisor development at Mainsail takes place within our collaborative, team-based structure. Participants work closely with Lead Advisors and other members of the team to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and perspective while learning the standards and philosophy that define Mainsail Wealth Advisors. Associate Advisors Peyton Bodziak and Shelton Glaze are currently participating in the program, which has guided their continued growth while strengthening our advisory team.
